Hot New Ab Workout

Hey, boys and girls, here's a hot new ab workout that I'm sure you'll all enjoy. I've been doing this for a while now, and let me tell you, it's dynamite.

Here's how it works. Set your alarm clock by the foot of your bed, and set it really early. When the dang thing goes off, sit up and hit the snooze button. Go back to sleep. Repeat until you can't take it anymore. Then get ready for work.
